Every air duct job follows the DUCTS Negative-Air Method: the system is sealed and placed under HEPA-filtered negative pressure, each supply and return run is agitated, and debris is removed at the source to NADCA standards. Before-and-after photos are included with every job.
When It Is Not the Ducts
Ductwork is one piece of indoor allergen control, not the whole picture. Worth checking alongside a duct cleaning:
- Filter grade and fit. A pleated MERV 11 to 13 filter captures far more pollen and dander than a fiberglass filter, as long as your blower can handle it. We check the slot and the fit. See air filter replacement.
- Indoor humidity above 50 percent. Dust mites and biological growth both need moisture. Keeping the house between 35 and 50 percent humidity limits both. If the AC cannot get there, the system may need service.

- Bedding, carpet, and outdoor pollen habits. Washing bedding in hot water, vacuuming with a HEPA vacuum, and changing clothes after yard work all reduce what the ducts have to collect in the first place.
